Sales Support Coordinators AutoStore

In the position of Sales Support Coordinator, you will be part of our global sales support team consisting of eight committed and skilled employees. The sales support team is responsible for coordinating and leading the process from sales order to delivery to the customer.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow-up of sales orders from order start to finish
  • Purchasing and cooperation with production and logistics in Poland
  • Contribute with planning of logistics and delivery to the customer
  • Invoicing
  • Close collaboration with internal departments and our partners
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and automation initiatives

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant education in sales, service, administration, finance or logistics is an advantage 
  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience from sales, service or logistics is desirable
  • Recent experience from service and customer care is desirable
  • Experience in use of an ERP system is an advantage
  • Experience with a CRM-System – preferably salesforce.com 
  • Good language skills in Norwegian and English, written and verbally. English is the working language of AutoStore.
