AutoStore is looking for a curious and eager Technical Writer

AutoStore, the pioneers of cube engineered storage systems, is constantly evolving. AutoStore is experiencing great success in the global market with increased sales, products sold and the number of employees. Together we work every day to make our logistics solutions even more durable and efficient for our customers.

As AutoStore grows, the need for documentation has also grown. As a Technical Writer at AutoStore, you will work with all parts of the company to gather information and understanding so that you can prepare good technical documents and manuals.

We are looking for an employee who can formulate technical information in a simple and unambiguous way. Good written language skills are a prerequisite, and technical understanding and interest is a great advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create technical documentation and manuals
• Follow up on translation of documents into different languages
• Update documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good technical understanding
• Experience in making technical documentation
• Very good communication skills in Norwegian and English, written and oral
• Experience in understanding complex issues and being able to convey them in a simple way.
• Experience in understanding and adapting to users’ needs
• Higher education is an advantage
• English is the working language of AutoStore. Very good language skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written are a prerequisite
