Hatteland Technology is hiring a QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer in a newly developed position to support and improve Quality & Risk Management processes as well as contribute to being in compliance with company requirements. You will join a good working environment and work with people dedicated to project performance and delivery.  

As our QA Engineer you will work with several varied tasks – from supporting other regions in projects, through planning and conducting internal and external controls, to developing and implementing Quality Environmental Management Systems (QEMS). 

The position reports directly to the Vice President Quality & Compliance. 

Key tasks and responsibilities

Your main responsibility is supporting Quality and Risk Management (QRM) resources to project performance and deliveries across all locations. 

Other relevant tasks and responsibilities will be 

• aligning Project QRM and Subcontractor Surveillance activities with the Procurement/purchasing department
• participate in client and subcontractor meetings as necessary/required
• performing internal and external audits according to the Audit Plan
• to participate in investigations as required
• contribute to the training and maintenance of QEMS, IMS (Information Management Systems) and ISMS (Information Security Management Systems) 
• to support in achieving the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Goals and contribute to our internal ESG plans and reporting

Key qualifications and personal qualities

Our new QA Engineer is passionate about continuous improvement and able to drive and implement changes. You have a relevant higher education or several years of relevant experience in quality assurance from e.g.  information security, defense or maritime industries.  

In addition we hope you have

• experience with Quality and Risk Management projects and execution
• knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 19001 and 27001
• knowledge of Information Security Requirements
• experience with auditing and investigation
