Imenco seeks VP of Future Technologies
Do you want an important and exciting KEY ROLE in an international technology company with significant growth ambitions? Imenco is reorganizing parts of the company and we are looking for a strategic leader who will have a key role in achieving Imenco’s goals within the electronic and software related areas.
In the position as Vice President of Future Technologies you will have the overall responsibility for the areas subsea wireless communication, position technology and software applications. Your most important task will be to build a joint organization, execute and deliver on synergy targets and bring out the potential in the different business areas.
This position will be part of the executive management team, and will lead a team of managers and employees in Norway, UK and the US.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute and lead the strategy work and provide direction for development and sales
- Explore new markets
- P&L and budget responsibilities for the division
- Regular travel to the UK office
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant higher education
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of technology
- Knowledge of existing and emerging markets
- Proven leadership skills
- International experience is an advantage
- Excellent proficiency in Norwegian and English
- Experience from organization building and change processes is desirable
